Good questions, David.  I'm addressing this to what Bill Cruz's email 
address should be if it follows the convention that the tech support folks 
use.    If it were my company, or I had shares in it, I would expect him to 
reply and ultimately to change the current self-defeating policy of 
attempted secrecy.    -uf
