TS seems to keep some of its information in little Access databases (take a
look in the Omega/DataMan directory, for instance. Presumably when you
upgrade to a 32bit program it's useful to have 32bit ODBC (which stands for
Open DataBase Connectivity I think).

Try going to the control panel, add programs, and change your Windows
configuration - you can also add ODBC drivers for Access by amending the
Office97 install I believe.
