TradeStation is full of access databases, like the symbol universe, and
alerts databases. That is why TS needs to configure ODBC drivers for thses
databases. You can just a easily type the settings in by hand, if the
installer fails to do so (this happened to me on NT5). And yes its cool to
have your own VB code or excel spreadsheets tap into this data.
