Dan,
I ran into the same problem during the setup of the ODBC drivers.
I had to install a older Jet ODDC driver dll to make the install fly.
Because you are using the new Office 2000 it could be a number
of different Dlls. I would ask to speak to a supervisor at Omega.
Instead of dealing with these first level techs. I imagine they might
ask you to reinstall windows. If they do give it to them!!!
