I'm not a lawyer but I believe that the law considers perjury to be a
serious matter. I believe it is considered to be a misdemeanor (can some one
clarify this for us?). After all, what is the basis of our justice system if
it is ok to commit perjury. As for whether or not it is impeachable, that is
up to Congress (which will read which the wind is blowing...no pun
intended).
As for sex and sin, well, that's up to Bill Clinton and his God.
