Its really not up to Congress entirely but the Senate as well and it will
take a two thirds majority vote there to impeach Clinton. Most do not think
that will happen in the Senate. So you put the country through all of this
for what a sex lie and still don't impeach Clinton. I say let it go and
move on to more important matters.
