I use a very simple DOS XCOPY statement that is linked to a TS_Back-up Icon:
C:\windows\command\xcopy32.exe c:\omega\*.* d:\omega\ /m /s /e
Apparently this method is controversial to some who have mentioned it here
before, but it has always worked fine for me.
