I chose *NOT* to over-write the symbol universe when installing Build 21 --
too many problems in the past with wiping out modifications that I had made.
It gave me a message saying it might take 1 to 4 hours to translate the
format if I chose not to over-write, but it didn't take more that a few
seconds to install-- so I don't know what the warning was for.
I would be interested in hearing comments from anyone who chose to
over-write and how it worked out.
