If the Omega Server DDE link is used to send live price data to Excel,
it exhibits the 'Volume Bug'. The value reported for Trade Volume is
correct if the tick is an uptick; 0 is erroneously reported for a
downtick. Historical data is correctly reported, as it separates minute
volume into uptick and downtick categories.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Specifically, do you know of a
workaround for live data?
