I too have purchased and read the
Metastock Programming Study Guide and found it to be well structured, relevant
and a great (if not the best) product for getting up to speed with Metastock. I
would highly recommend this guide to anyone who is not an experienced Metatsock
user or programmer.

disagree with your call. I have all the products you mention and found
the Study Guide to contain not only more information, but it was better
structured and therefore improved readability and understanding. It is practical
programming guide to using MetaStock something that I thing all the other
products you mention fail to achieve.

I did not read it. However, as this web page has
been
brought to my attention in this forum, I had a
look at
it. I did read the content of the book and decided
not
to buy it. I discovered nothing, which is not
included
in the MetaStock manual and in the formula primer,
which you should find in the file section of this
forum or on the Equis web site. That said, another
style of writing and presenting the material could
make it easier for someone to understand the
subject.
If you were interested in buying it, ask them to
provide you with a sample text of the book as a
pdf
document. In a book shop you would have the
opportunity to look throug it before you purchase
the
book. If they were not willing to deliver some
excerpts, do not buy it.
