Here's what my agreement (on the card that came in
the box) says:
"You may transfer the Software and Document
together with this License Agreement to another party, but only if the other
party agrees to fully accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement
and you promptly notify Equis in writing of the name, address and phone number
of the other party. Any transfer must include all updates or upgrades to
the Software and Documentation ("Updates) as well as all prior versions of the
Software and Documentation. All copies must be either transferred to the
same party of destroyed. Any such transfer terminates your license under
this License Agreement. Any other attempt to sublicense, assign, or
transfer any rights, duties or obligations hereunder is void."
I've got two identical cards (had Metastock v6.52
then upgraded later to v7.2 then later to v8 (with no licence card - just a CD!)
so I think I've given you the right one.

MetaStock 7.2 Equis Software License Agreement and tell me whether it can
be transferred? If not to much trouble, could you type the exact
verbage for me if it is. I am being told by Equis that 7.2 is not
transferrable. I have asked Equis to send me the Agreement, which
they have not done.
