[EquisMetaStock Group] 7.2 Equis Software License Agreement Question

Can someone please look at thier MetaStock 7.2 Equis Software 
License Agreement and tell me whether it can be transferred?  If not 
to much trouble, could you type the exact verbage for me if it is.  
I am being told by Equis that 7.2 is not transferrable.  I have 
asked Equis to send me the Agreement, which they have not done.
