Hi Roy:

The easiest way to rearrange your folders is to do it with Windows Explorer.  Open WinExp and find your folder named "Favorites."  If this is one you have created, you should have no trouble finding it.  If in fact it is the Internet Explorer created "Favorites" go to "Documents and Settings" on "C" drive and under it click on the folder that has your Windows user name on it, click on that and you will see a folder called "Favorites" with a gold star by it.  From here on it will be the same method for either the system named Favorites or your own folder named Favorites.  Click on "Favorites" and go to your "Tops" folder.  While in the Tops folder, from the "File" item on the tool bar select "New" and then "Select" folder.   Name your new folder "Year1" or whatever.  From there you can copy (then delete from their original location) your files into Year1, or you can open another copy of WinEx and drag and drop 'em in.  You can also do a move which will erase them from their original location, but I always like to do the copy because I don't trust myself for copying them to the correct place.
