somewhere I read some good advice re Experts
whereas it's best to make a binary first to see exactly where the hits are, not
where you ask for them to be, without proving it, very good
advice.
In making a new expert, I started out with a simple
setup-- MACD(dema) <0 but the
results turned out poorly. the stock price was about 23c
, which should not make any difference to the scan.

how can I tell Metastock to pay more
attention and to try to be a bit more accurate !!!
there must be a way to do
this, cutting down the number of decimal points ? maybe
helps
I did read somewhere recently that Metastock
has a lower level of maths capability than some other programs, reason
given was
to save memory (or save money )
