Price Movement of NASDAQ - Revised

I noticed the Metastock EOD Price Osc. indicator (percentage) for a 1
day MOV vs. 200/100/20 day MOV's as of 3/14/2001 is at the lowest
value with Quotes-Plus data. Because QP data only goes back to
1/2/90, I had to update my Yahoo data using Quote-Monster. Yahoo
data goes back to 10/11/1984 and I was able to at least find a
matching level for the Osc. on 10/12/1990.

I uploaded 4 charts so you may visualize what I am writing:
http://DLM.50megs.com/nasdaq-price-osc-200.htm and
http://DLM.50megs.com/nasdaq-price-osc-100.htm
both show the NASDAQ is farther below its 100 and 200
day simple MOV's than it has been in over 14 years.

http://DLM.50megs.com/nasdaq-price-osc-20.htm
shows the 20 day simple MOV Price Osc. and how
recent panic selling levels have approached 1987
level hysteria.

I have included the Yahoo NASDAQ data chart so you
may see the source data chart.

My question is, does the group think these charts indicate
a market bottom?

Thank you,
Daniel.
