Dave,
I did a clean install on a new HDD but haven't converted from FAT32 yet. I
have had zero problems since then yesterday morning. I left the same layout
open overnight and today all is well. So for now I am chalking it up to a
coincidence and not W2K/MSK. I did find that Norton Scheduler was running in
background so I disabled it. The only Norton product I like to run in
background is e-mail protection. Other than that I defragged, and tonight I
will add more memory just for general purposes since this O/S is a hog compared
to Win98. Glad it's working well for you.
