<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sorry for the off topic post but my tape backup
(Iomega Ditto) system is on the fritz for the second time this year.&nbsp; I
would like to get rid of it and backup my downloaded data on a CD-RW but I have
a few questions I hope someone can answer:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>1.&nbsp; I have a Pentium 120 system with 48 Meg of
Ram.&nbsp; Most of the newer CD-RW specify at least a Pentium 233 with 32 Meg of
Ram.&nbsp; My understanding is that once the CD is being burned that it must
have a continuous stream of data even with the 4 meg of buffer in the
CD-RW.&nbsp; Will my system have a problem supplying the data or will it just
run slower than the specified 8X write, 4X rewrite?&nbsp; If it does run slower
do I need to tell the recorder to run at a slower speed or will it automatically
adjust?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>2.&nbsp; Secondly, sorry if this is a basic
question, can the cd-RW recorder produce audio CD's for playing in standard
portable CD players?&nbsp; I think that it can but only on CD-R disks and not on
CD-RW disks.&nbsp; Is that correct?</FONT></DIV>

Lionel,
call QP before doing anything about v2.2. The full install for RealPlayer v7 is
at
http://scopes.real.com/real/player/player.html?src=000315choice_3&dc=434241

You should uninstall RealPlayer v6 before installing v7. If you decide to do
this, email me and I'll forward the RealPlayer Tech support instructions.
Although, you do need some experience deleting Registry entries.

Daniel.
