QP problems

Thanks for you quick response.  I'll check the QP web site.
 I notice that there were some extraneous numbers in the copy of my email
below your message.  These were not in my original message (blame the
internet) and I have tried to find and remove them so my message is
understandable.

Are you advising me to remove QP V2.2?
While I am not new to computers, I am klutzy, so assume that I am only a bit
better than a newbie.

Where is the Real Player update available?
If I had known that this was a beta, I might not have installed it.

I had fewer difficulties installing QP V2.1. These were mostly due to poor
instructions.
QP need a good tech writer on their staff. Their documentation is a bit
thin.
