Austin Software-OT98,states in their info to wait at least two months for
credit to show up.I seem to think that they or anyone else that talks about
the two month wait
know beforehand that credit card companies only give you two months to make a
claim.The two month wait should raise a red flag.I emailed Equis about
problem and they told Equis that they would get back to me. Four months
later,still no call. I had to go through Equis because no one answers Austin
Soft phone. They changed name of program to OT 2001.Do not do bussiness with
this company.
