I didnt see the original message. But here are a few additional things that
might help. If you paid by credit card, refuse to pay the charge and
notify your credit card carrier why you are doing so: if you already paid
contact your credit card company and discuss this with them, they can
backcharge the company and issue a credit to you. If you paid by check or
they shipped the item by mail, write to the postmaster at their zip code
explaining the problem and include copies of any ads or materials they sent
you that bear on the non-refund.
