I used Omnitrader for about six months and I am sorry to say that my
experience was very poor. I found that by using many different indicators
Omnitrader could always find a good match to the past but rarely did that
scenario provide any help into the future price movement. There is nothing
more frustrating than going long based on Omnitrader and have it recalculate
a week later showing that you should have gone short instead. I have since
abondoned the program and would gladly sell it to any interested parties.
I am now using Metastock and some other software to trade based on Pattern,
Price and Time and have been very pleased with the results. However I have
also found that there is nothing more effective than being in touch with the
basics like trading only with the trend etc.
I hope that you have better luck than I.
