Docteur,

I hesitate to involve myself in this thread but
there is a question I must have answered.

(1) I accept that you are a successful trader and
    that you can make huge amounts of money anywhere,
    anytime.

(2) Point(1) implies that  your teacher is a really 
    superb trader and that he/she can make huge amounts 
    of money anywhere, anytime.

(3) Clearly money has ceased to be a concern for you
    and your teacher. I accept the fact that you and 
    your teacher are sharing your knowledge for no
    other reason then to help others.

So, if the motivation is to selflessly help others, 
and money is no longer a concern, why do I have to 
provide a credit card number?
