< Also, I think you guys should code your topics with key words like:
programming, files, upgrades, formulas, indicators, datafeed, etc.>

Makes a lot of sense.

< And i think Metastock should have a dedicated FULL TIME time person
teaching,
explaining and describing new offerings on here EVERY day.>

If you want to see how a forum runs with some non-authorized factory
support, take a look at the 4DTV forum on Delphi.

	http://www.delphi.com/

This forum provides supports for General Instrument's new digital and analog
satellite receiver (C-band and Ku-band big dish as opposed to that cable on
a stick - DirecTV/USSB, Dish, et al).

There are about 3 GI 4dtv employee that monitor this forum, each with a
different specialty. I have to say, for a consumer electronic product, this
is the absolute best support I have ever seen. In addition to support like
answering questions or explaining why decisions were made in the design
process, they actively push new ideas and firmware (software) changes
developed in the forum, through the system. What this means is that a
really good idea can get implemented in the next download.

Again, this is an example of the next generation of support for consumer
electronics. I'd be interested if any other company provides this level of
support...
