I upgraded to win95 from 3.11, Long story but result was $90.00
plus in phone charges with Microsoft. Gateway spent at least
six hours on this problem also ZERO phone charges ZERO
charges of any kind with Gateway. Microsoft gets away with
these ROBBER BARON tatics because of their monoply position
with this market. There is no reason why Microsoft cannot
pay the PHONE charges also one should not have to rebuild
their computer in order to accomodate Microsoft.
MY personal opinion is that the U.S. Government should
break up this company!!!!!!! Henry Ford said that he made
more money selling parts later than the orginial sale. I suspect
that Microsoft operates the same way. Sucks a person in
then puts their hands into our pockets, when our back is
aginst the wall. MY TWO CENTS BUST UP THIS ROBBER
BARRON COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Thank you for reading my letter
