IMHO being a great trader and being a genius is independent of each other
Being an exceptional trader is a relatively simple process (I didnt say easy). Being an exceptional trader and for that matter, being a great person, is someone who does what he says he's going to do, he does it completely, he does it the way it is meant to be done. In other words, he honours his words.
