Thanks Tomasz --
Amazon (US) does not have a book with that ISBN. And BookFinder does not list "Rockefeller Charting for Dummies," even with a worldwide search.
Does anyone have a source to purchase the book?
Thanks,
Howard

Hello,
It is "CHARTING for Dummies" Australian Edition ISBN 0-7314-0710- 5.
I have received a copy from published and on page 359 it says:
"The most flexible and easy to use software is AmiBroker (...) its programming
language is flexible enough to allow you to program anything you dream up.
Backtesting is a breeze and it has portfolio management capabilities. (...)
Best of all, though, is the price - it's by far the best value for your dollar"
Two of Australian co-authors are AmiBroker users.

Hi Brian, and all --
Australia is at the forefront. Over half of all my orders for Quantitative Trading Systems go to addresses outside the US. And about half of those go to Australia.
I find Rockefeller's "Trading for Dummies" in Amazon (US website), but it makes no reference to AmiBroker. And there is no separate Amazon for Australia. Can you post the ISBN number from the book you are reading?
Thanks,
Howard

Currently reading "Charting For Dummies" by Barbara Rockefeller (Wiley
Publishing Australia) and noticed that AmiBroker is the No1 recommended
software in the resources section (refer to the Appendix).
It is the Aus version of the US Dummies book - adapted for Aus by Ken
Henderson, Larry Lovrencic and Peter Pontikis (one of them must be an
AB user).

I am enjoying the book - I like Barbara Rockefeller's style (of course
it is very basic, so that even a 12 year old can understand it, but the
core concepts are well worth grinding into the brain!)
