Hello,
It is not as bad.
As it seems, all e-mail addresses are encrypted
correctly now with the exception to posts that
were sent PRIOR to switching encryption on.
The e-mail addresses in earlier messages have
@ mark replaced by space<at>space
and this alone makes it a bit harder for automatic
robots to get e-mails from,
but I will ask
Administrator of Gmane if he could do something to encrypt e-mail addresses in
archives as well
so they can not be "decoded" as easily as
<at> trick.

On a search, it looks like to me that my
address is in the clear and not encrypted; and as a matter of
fact so is yours.
Looks like this warrants more checking.
This was the first hit on a search with your
name and initial.

I don't mind adding to Gmane as long as
e-mail addresses are encrypted for privacy reasons.
At the time when list was added to Gmane
all e-mails addresses were unencrypted (plain readable),
but 3 days ago I asked Gmane administrator to
encrypt all e-mail addresses and he responded:
"Ok; I've now switched
encryption on and encrypted the articles in the
two groups.
