pro version can go to 5 second or 1 tick intervals, see the table on this link

How you can set the time periods depends on how you created the
databse in the first place. If you created the database as a 1 minute
then you cannot see 5 second charts
AB does update the data at 1 sec or less intervals and you see these
changes immediate on screen, but the bar size period is still minimum
of 5 second or 1 tick
