It seems like they are not accepting any accounts for metatrade3.
I have tried forwarding the following ports 1950 and 453 with no
success. I keep getting the "cannot allocate account" message
Any help is appreciated

You'll need to, unfortunately, install and obtain a demo account using
Metatrader 3 (not MT4), at this stage. Metatrader 4 does not currently
have an API and their demo accounts are different to MT3.
Current plugin uses MT3 accounts
Also check out the Yahoo group at

Amibroker <> MT integration.
