Graham,
All I can see is that there are responses sent to every e-mail.
I understand that some responses may not be 100% satisfactory, however
please understand that Marcin may think that the answer is alright, until
you tell him it isn't. So if you find any answer unsatisfactory please write
to him (support at amibroker.com) because he is responsible for the support.
I am not able to develop the software *and* read all of support e-mails and answers everyday.
That's why Marcin is employed as support representative.
I am doing software development, web page updates, docs, all other business-relates things
and occassionally appear here on the list
and he is doing majority of support.
So please send complaints to support at amibroker.com with TICKET NUMBER.
Only that way Marcin is able to find out that the response you have received is
not enough for you.
