Has anyone else noticed high CPU usage when AB 4.70rc1 is used with
the IB plugin (1.3.6). For example, even when no data is streaming
from TWS because it is connected outside market hours, the process
broker.exe CPU stays at 12-14%. There are no scans/explorations being
done. Everything is idle. The chart refresh interval is set to 1 sec.
A single symbol with two linked windows is being displayed.
