[amibroker] AB 4.70rc1 moving average changes with number bars shown

Wow, just upgraded to 4.70rc1 and on a 55 tick chart (YM) a 89 moving
average will change location with number of bars displayed. Also drawing
objects.

Ref cpu usage broker at 38% (4.60) was over 50%(4.70rc1).

Solution: down grade back to 4.60.
