Not to pile on, but for those keeping score, I have an old 300Mhz PII laptop (Win 98SE and ATI video) I use for traveling, and so far everything, including drag & drop, works perfectly. I haven't added SetBarsRequired in any indicator that didn't need them in previous versions.
Got all arrows for all 3 backtest routines in AA and the IB>Built-In>Price indicator pane retains the "Show Arrows" setting on all cold restarts. Equity plots (Indiv and Port) work OK too. I even had tweaked the code in Portfolio Equity in prev versions to get it to show what I wanted and it still works fine.
I have found that I have to carefully watch the settings in IB. When going IB>Custom Indicators>Add and entering a simple code, Scaling and Gridline settings are sometimes set to things I rarely (never) use. Resetting them fixes the problem.
Strange, but what has changed, is the icons to the left of the items in the popup box when a chart pane is right-clicked in IB. In all previous versions, every time I would plot an indicator and right-click to edit the code, the icons would always be changed around from before. I would even see toolbar icons scattered in there from time to time. I didn't complain to support because it became an amusing game to see what the resulting scramble would reveal the next time I clicked. Now the icons display perfectly every time.
Dang. Boring now.

It appears that the 'Show Arrows' property for the old builtin price
indicator does not hold its value between AmiBroker restarts. (At
least on my machine it doesn't) and doesn't seem to be working on all
ocassions.
However the new Price indicator from the Charts tab is working
as expected. If you create a new Price indicator on your chart
right click/Edit Formula and select 'Show Arrows' and apply then
the setting will hold and arrows appear as expected after a
backtest / Show Arrows for all raw signals etc.
All part of beta testing and that wont be a problem with the next
version because we wont have IB as we know it or the old builtin
indicators.
