It 
would be the first time but once you have written the exploration just save it. 
from there it would take just a brief time (depending on the size of your DB) to 
run the exploration. The export part is very fast, I cannot comment on the 
import part since I have not used the MS down loader in some time..... 
Personally I can see no need to send anything to MS, it can all be done in 
AB...
