[amibroker] IB and Data Plugin

I've placed the IB plugin from the files section of this group into 
the AB plugin folder, but it does not show up, either as a data 
source under database settings, or in the list of plugins under 
tools. Does anyone have this working or have any ideas on how to get 
this working?
