[amibroker] Precedence of position size shrinking over min shares ?

Hello,
 
What takes higher precedence: position size 
shrinking or min shares ? 
 
For example, if...
- position size shrinking enabled
- min shares = 100
- round lot size = 50
- $1000 in available cash
- buy signal for a stock who's buy price is 
$20
 
Will AB skip this signal because there 
isn't enough cash ($20 * 100 = $2000 needed) or buy less shares ($1000/$20 
= 50 shares) ?
