Hi,

Index data is available from Yahoo - just takes a bit of effort to locate.
Some of the ones I use are below. In Yahoo finance do a search on "index"
and examine those which start with ^ or @. The bad side is that you will
need to work out the Australian indices from the rest - the upside is that
you can obtain both local and overseas indices from the same place.
