Both, positive and negative stochastic divergence are placed in
the AFL Library.
Attached gifs present the phenomenon.
Above divergences were used to create NDI and PDI, to examine
how many issues presented a stochastic divergence every day.
Since a stochastic divergence occurs after the first stochastic peak
(or valley), the above phenomena and indicators should be used to
confirm a trend reversal, not to anticipate it.
Signals are quite reliable.
Similar ineresting divergences are formatted with RSI, CCI, Chaikin money
flow, MACD etc.
It is obvious that new pairs of composites can be built up, similar to NDI,PDI
according to the indicator that suits your trading system.
