I don't use IB, but I don't believe there are any 'exchange stops' in
equities. All stops are held by the broker. The IB website implies that
they can trigger based on a variety of rules, and that you have the
final choice. Therefore I suggest you read the website, and then
communicate with IB on how to set your system up to do what you want.
