I don't trade ARCA, however from the IB bulletins, it seems to be down as
much as it's up, so I wouldn't depend on anything there. In fact, I have the
"no ARCA" box checked somewhere in my TWS configuration.
You will have to read the IB material in detail ... note that on the order
types which IB simulates, the TWS can be set to trigger on last trade,
bid/ask, or multiple bid/ask. Bottom line is that I don't know the specific
answer to your question but you must know how the exchanges you trade work
in detail and the best way to be sure is to read the material yourself and
keep reading until you understand it thoroughly ... these are the tools of
your trade. If the material is not clear, write a very clear inquiry to IB
and when you get the answer, save it in your permanent records.
