reply.  The problem is even earlier
than that.  I basically cannot connect
to the Refco servers.  I cannot be
sure that the connection to the Refco servers is only a temporary problem. <span

persisted for two days.  <span
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> Whatever the case, this can&#8217;t be very
reliable.  Obviously something has
to give soon.

your setup that blocks Java and you will be unable to use the PATS
system.  with all the mascinations that MSFT is going through to void
Java, one of your programs might be the cause.  that is where I would look
first.  EI 5.5 should be OK.  I believe that it was IE 6.0 that

do have Microsoft Virtual Machine for I.E.I am using I.E. 5.5.I am using a DSL
