I ran Clyde Lee's Fourline and MEM routines and it came up with 38.5 weeks
(8.88 months or 186 trading days) for the dominant cycle frequency. The low
would have been due 2 weeks ago but we are now within the margin or error.
Though we had a good low on 9-21-01, the previous low in December, 2000 was
only good for a four week bounce before resuming the downtrend.
