Ok Kent. I've been an Irc Operator and administrator on Irc for 9
years. I have assisted with the coding for many of the features in Irc and
have met the developer of mIRC, Kahled Mardam-Bey, several times on line
and he has accepted my invitation to be a speaker on our network three
times. I have worked with the FBI and other law enforcement agencies for
various purposes on network traffic issues numerous times. What you say is
impossible to do and everything in my post on this topic is correct, which
if you ask any network server owner, he/she will substantiate. Even so, I
defer to you.
I wish you well and am equally certain that you do not intend to deceive
anyone and that you believe what you have stated.
