Of course, because they fill up the entire 'space' in which events can
occur. This can occur with many lines, each with a small band around
them, or a few lines, each with a large band. I believe it is easier
to fool most people with the 'many lines' case, but one can be fooled
in many ways. :-)

Let's say a comparable number. The real issue is the relative 'space'
taken by the techniques, not the number of lines.
