  Are you missing part of the test or result?  Let's say that Fib. generates
a significant result only 38% of the time, but when that occurs it gives a
huge result.  So, the point is you can't just look at the batting average.
One must also consider the magnitude of the result. Right?   Back in my
native state of Indiana, they call this
"sutistics". <G>
