I use Stockwatch out of Vancouver,
BC. Its costs are variable, depending upon one's demand for real time data
from the various exchanges, but the full blown version for Level II NASDAQ and
equivalent for TSE and CDNX costs about CDN$150 per month. It includes
real-time java charts, and numerous other bells and whistles.

to let users use their data.That is charged on a per head basis and is
called called a royalty.The Exchanges are about making money in anyway
possible.$9.95 per month would not pay that Royalty for live
data.They may give away delayed data for a flat fee. So thats what
