The Exhanges charge a fee to data providers to let users use their data.
That is charged on a per head basis and is called called a royalty.
The Exchanges are about making money in anyway possible.
$9.95 per month would not pay that Royalty for live data.
They may give away delayed data for a flat fee. So thats what you
should expect for your $10.

I thought I would be getting real time charts on such stocks as INTC, etc.
But it only displays delayed data for everything but the major indices. I
can see no difference between this and the free Live Charts except for the
banner ads.
Can someone clarify this for me?
