The convention for flight numbering is two letters
and then a 3 or 4 digit number.
The flights were American airlines (AA) and United Airlines (UA)
with a Qantas (QF) code share.
So the Flight numbers would be AAxxx or UAxxx.
What you are passing on is incorrect.

(1) In MS Word, type in that flight number Q33NY
(2) Enlarge the font size to 26
(3) Change the font to Wingdings.
