Mentors don't charge money, they mentor for their own reasons. The word
comes from ancient Greek, the concept is much older than that. The
suggestion of payment for mentorship is absent from its definition.
People who charge for services may call themselves whatever they want, they
might suggest that they are performing a mentoring service, but there is
deep cultural confusion in the concept of billing for mentoring.
It would be like charging your children for rearing them.
