The purchase had nothing to do with a view silver. It had to do with the
price of silver's correlation, in their view, to other investments they were
concerned about.

His out look is very long term. He buys for less then it can be repoduced
for. He must feel that the he purchased below mining and manufacturing cost
and that price would rise. He could also be looking at an inflationary
cycle
that the government refuses to recognize.
